To report an absence for a rehearsal (in advance, when possible), copy this page to an email and fill in the information. Send it to Shelly Black (pcchoir at centurytel.net) prior to 6:30 p.m. on rehearsal nights. PCC staff will be contacted with notified absences at that time. Parents of absent singers who have not notified PCC through email or phone call will be called shortly after this time.
